Job Description
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott, located at 1421 Olentangy River Road near the Ohio State campus is looking for a Full Time or a Part Time Front Desk Associate. This person would provide the highest quality customer service to our guests at all times. Responsibilities include the checking in and checking out of hotel guests, taking reservations, cash handling, responding to guest and staff requests, answering phones and working with the rest of the hotel team to provide the highest caliber of service to all visitors and guests. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. The current shifts are mainly 7a-3p or 3p-11p shifts but we also may be able to put together some shorter shifts within those blocks of time. We are looking for someone to work approximately 20-24 Hours Per Week. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as well as weekdays. The successful applicant would be of age (21 or older) to drive our 11 passenger shuttle/van and should be comfortable driving the van though we may be able to bypass that requirement if necessary.
