Job Description

We're Hiring! Guest Services Team Member Lake Milton/Berlin KOA Holiday is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable team member who loves working with people! Week, Weekends and Holidays availability
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Basic computer skills Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in person and by phone Make reservations and check guests in and out Operate the campground store Deliver outstanding customer service every day If you're passionate about creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
