Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance Assist with guest services such as reservations, room assignments, and special requests Maintain excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts and ensuring smooth overnight operations Foster positive guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and exceeding expectations Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform basic administrative tasks Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through your vibrant personality and dedicated service!
