Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Conduct night audit duties, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy Maintain security by monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls appropriately Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservations, processing payments, and maintaining guest records Provide comprehensive guest services by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving issues swiftly Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision Hospitality or hotel experience demonstrating familiarity with guest relations and resort environments Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will shine.
