Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Associate on the 2nd shift, where your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere throughout your shift. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working during evening hours in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly during your shift. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on guest services. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse guests. Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel management systems is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
