Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Front Desk Attendant responsibilities include signing up new members, providing great customer service and maintaining organization within our facility. If you have a knack for customer service and a great work ethic, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable atmosphere for our members. Responsibilities Signing up or cancelation of memberships File paperwork according to organization standards Inform customers about sign up deals, new product and upcoming events Maintain updated records of customers form of payment Light cleaning as needed Skills Front desk, sales, customer service experience Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills GED/High School Diploma (preferred)
