Overview:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment.Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's amenities and services
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with guest check-out process
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area Requirements
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hospitality software
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred
