Job Description

Front Desk Agent Millersburg, OH Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking part-time Front Desk Agents to service their Millersburg, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.
The right candidate will have:
Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting Must have flexible availability Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic
Schedule:
Part time 3 days/week Our Front Desk Agent will: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs Perform regular bookkeeping duties Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume for consideration!
