Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Front Desk/Winery Associate, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will create memorable experiences for our guests. This role combines guest relations, hospitality management, and operational support within a dynamic winery environment. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with winery operations. The ideal candidate, has at least one year of hospitality or hotel experience, and is capable of lifting up to 30 pounds to support daily tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently Check guests in and out using hospitality management software, ensuring accurate record-keeping Assist with guest services such as providing information about the winery, tastings, events, and amenities Support winery operations by handling reservations, scheduling tours, and coordinating guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to uphold a welcoming environment Lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly to assist with inventory management or setup tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations during busy periods Experience Minimum of one year experience in hospitality management, hotel front desk, or customer service roles within a resort or winery setting Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly preferred to serve a diverse guest base effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems or front desk software is advantageous Strong knowledge of guest relations practices and hospitality standards Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical tasks consistently This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively hospitality environment where your energy makes a difference.
