This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available:

3PM - 11PM Full or part-time including weekends Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and maintaining records. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Skills A background in hospitality or hotels is required. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems. Previous hotel experience is required, particularly in front desk or guest services roles. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
