Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management systems Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Process payments accurately during check-in and check-out, maintaining detailed records of transactions Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and prepare reports for management Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations and problem-solving skills Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to assist diverse clientele Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal relations Ability to handle night audit responsibilities or willingness to learn this aspect of hotel operations Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
