The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to be detail-oriented when necessary. A successful candidate will be able to balance multiple tasks, from welcoming guests and checking them in, to preparing in-room amenities, handling cash transactions and operating the hotel's technology systems.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet people as they enter the building. Meet and greet customers coming in for a visit. Answer questions regarding company policies and procedures. Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel. Answer inbound calls for other departments. Maintain security of the building. Support meetings, by taking meeting room reservations, recording minutes, distributing minutes, etc.
Pay:
$14.00 - $14.25 per hour
