Front Desk Agent South Point, OH 45680 From $11 an hour - Part-time From $11 an hour - Part-time Guest Check-In and Check-Out PMS Operations (Choice Advantage), QUORE, and Choice Hotels Applications Cash handling and Credit Card /Debit Card Transactions Switchboard Operation and telephone etiquette Front Office Emergency/Security Procedures Reservations Assist Managers with Administrative Tasks and other duties as assigned by the General Manager or FD Supervisor Clean the Front Desk and Lobby Area Daily Expected to be a Signature expert Sales of Guest rooms with new arrivals and phone inquiries Follow all Policies & Procedures required by the hotel and/or outlined in the Employee Handbook Compliance with Choice Brand Standards, including Training Must be in neat, clean uniform w/ name tag Operate the hotel laundry as directed and fold laundry during down time Set up, maintain and break down Breakfast. Obtain Food Handlers Certification. Keep area clean, well stocked and orderly at all times. Maintain a professional attitude to all Guests, associates, and vendors Complete all brand required training within the time allotted, including annual renewals
