The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all guest needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems to respond to calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each day. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide guests with recommendations. Uphold the highest standards of guest relations by fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective guest interactions. A passion for providing outstanding guest services in a resort or hotel setting is essential for success in this role.
