In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional customer service. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments seamlessly. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy for the hotel's operations. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of hospitality. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality management, and conflict resolution. Previous experience working with guest services software and reservation platforms is advantageous. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
