Job Description
We are currently interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for the position of Guest Service Agent at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Wooster, Ohio. This position will be comprised of 2nd shift which is 2pm to 10pm and Night Audit which is 10PM to 6AM.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the hospitality management team to enhance guest experiences during their stay.
