Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong background in hospitality management, guest services, or related fields. Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
