Job Description:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with a positive attitude and prompt solutions Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately using professional phone etiquette Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information in hotel management systems Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, including balancing accounts and preparing reports Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Join us as a Part Time Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences that keep our guests coming back!
