Front Desk Agent

The Blue Ribbon Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to guests. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting guests throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Check guests in and out efficiently Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Accept payments and maintain accurate billing records Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide information about hotel services and local attractions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service or hotel experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and dependable with a positive attitude
