Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Conduct night audit procedures, balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests or staff as needed Maintain security by monitoring the premises through CCTV surveillance and conducting regular safety checks during overnight hours Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or concerns to enhance their stay and foster positive guest relations Record all shift activities meticulously, including incident reports, guest feedback, and operational logs to ensure seamless communication between shifts Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred, especially in a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to handle guest interactions professionally Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight transitions Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality standards, and phone etiquette Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
