Job Description
The Bend Super 8 is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hotel. The idea candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their stay.
Duties:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities Assist guests with check in and check out process efficiently Handle guests inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department Perform night audit duties to ensure accuracy in guest billing and accounting processes Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, or hotel enviromental is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures Familiarity with resort operations is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
