Based on experience and skill level About the Role Kukui House Services is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented individual for a dual position that combines online guest service management with house cleaning . If you thrive on variety, take pride in hospitality and cleanliness, and enjoy team commoradary , this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities Guest Services Respond to online inquiries and booking requests Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs Provide prompt, friendly communication to ensure a 5-star experience Troubleshoot guest issues and manage expectations Cleaning & Property Care Clean and prepare home to high standards Restock supplies and report maintenance needs Ensure each property feels welcoming and spotless Requirements Must live in Cannon Beach or Seaside, OR Hospitality experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and perform cleaning tasks weekly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) Comfortable with mobile apps, printers, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop Excellent typing and texting skills Background check required Why Work With Kukui Consistent year-round hours and income Remote office flexibility Spring, Summer & Winter bonuses Health insurance and IRA Paid vacation time Organic, eco-friendly cleaning supplies Supportive, communicative team culture Work in a scenic coastal environment No two days are the same About Us Kukui House Services was born in Nehalem and Kona.
