Job Summary:

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Must be 18 or older.

JOB DUTIES

• Customer service.
• Light Housekeeping of lobby areas.
• Cash handling, and basic accounting of customer billing.
• Guest registration during check-in.
• Making reservations in company PMS and assigning rooms.
• Answering phones and taking a message if necessary.
• Transferring calls.
• Listening to instructions, and following directions.
• Advocate for a positive atmosphere at work.
• Standing and walking the property throughout the shift.
• Checking email periodically and printing out reservations.

HOURS:

Full time (40 hours) and Part time (20+ hours) available.

WAGE:

$14.50 to $15.00 per hour depending on experience.
