We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual committed to service excellence to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. In this role, you will help create personalized and memorable experiences for our guests at our unique boutique property. Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests with professionalism and genuine care, anticipating their needs, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for exceptional concierge services. Additional duties involve fulfilling and following up on guest requests, making and reviewing reservations for accuracy and special considerations, maintaining positive and proactive communication with guests and team members, answering phones, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and completing daily operational tasks.Requirements include:
- Upbeat and positive attitude, professional demeanor, prior cash handling experience.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Candidates must have a clear drug screen, background check and DMV record check to meet our insurance requirements.
