Job Description
We are presently looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Checking guests in and out Handling customer service Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Be a town spokesperson by providing recommendations about activities, restaurants and shops. Process credit cards and cash payments Manage online, phone reservations and walk-ins Answer phones and accepting payments/reservations/cancellations Interaction with other departments Responding to emails Return phone calls Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner What you need for the role Customer service skills Fast learner Previous experience with dealing with guests Ability to work under pressure Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment Ability in solving problems English language required The right candidate will need to be customer service oriented, have good attention to detail and be a team player.
