Front Desk Agent - Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Front Desk Agent to join our team at Staybridge Suites in Hillsboro, Oregon . In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes. Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle phone calls efficiently using multi-line phone systems. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of customer service in all interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
