Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, striving for swift resolution Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Maintain guest relations by addressing special requests, managing reservations, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk procedures is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for night audit procedures and guest records Prior hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality settings is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding career that combines hospitality expertise with energetic service!
