Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, delivering outstanding guest services Maintain detailed records of daily transactions, reservations, and financial reports for management review Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the hotel premises during night hours Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication aligns with hospitality best practices Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred, preferably with night audit responsibilities Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is a plus Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality!
