The position pay starts $16.50 per hour Open availability required The Position The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations. Greet arriving guest, assign rooms, issue keys and collect guest payment and billing information.

Duties:

Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance Answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations Greet arriving guests; assign rooms and issue keys Collect and process guest payment and billing information Answer guest request for assistance Provide locale information Provide guests with access to hotel services Problem resolution and service recovery Perform training as assigned Work with Housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and ready Keep maintenance informed of all maintenance issue requests Other duties as assigned Experience Prior customer service, computer and hospitality experience preferred.
