This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and room assignments while ensuring confidentiality. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and team members across multi-line systems. Assist with guest relations efforts to foster positive reviews and repeat visits. Support other front desk operations during busy periods or staff shortages to maintain seamless service. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Experience handling night audits or working overnight shifts is desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of resort operations or extensive hotel experience will help you excel in this role.
