Front Desk Agent

Deschutes Pet Lodge~Your Pets' Vacation Destination! We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? Our busy, compassionate animal care facility is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our pet lodge. This is a 10hr shift position 7am-6pm (1hr lunch 1pm-2pm) Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays This is not your average desk job~ it requires dog handling, lots of walking across the facility and cleaning . Pay is hourly and dependent upon experience. You will also receive tips!

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage phone calls, emails, and online requests Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing Maintain accurate client and patient records Support the care team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

A people-person with a calm, positive attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfort around animals of all sizes and temperaments Basic computer skills and attention to detail Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (but not required)
