Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor

Night Auditor / Front desk associate position available in Seaside. This position is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, completing financial audits, and maintaining a safe and quiet environment throughout the night. This is a full-time, overnight position, five night per week from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight inquiries Handle phone calls, reservations, and room assignments Process guest payments, balance daily revenue reports, and audit daily transactions Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports for management Conduct security walks to ensure guest safety and property security Monitor video surveillance and address any unusual activity or noise disturbances Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area Accurately complete all shift paperwork and communicate relevant information to day staff

Qualifications :

Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred Basic math and computer skills; experience with hotel software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the night in a secured building Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
