This energetic role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience at our boutique hotel. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays for our visitors, fostering guest loyalty and positive reviews. Whether handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier hospitality every day. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Facilitate effective communication between guests and hotel staff to coordinate services such as room upgrades or special requests Uphold professional phone etiquette and maintain a friendly demeanor during all interactions with guests and visitors Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations required Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Bilingual proficiency is a plus for communicating effectively with international guests Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality with energy and professionalism! We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where your skills in hotel management, guest services, and hospitality shine. This shift is part time with a minimum of 16 hours per week. Need to be available Wednesday - Saturday. Additional shifts may be available.
