Job description: Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Evening Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable guest experiences during the evening hours. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, this position is a fit for you. This position requires availability on weekends and holidays in rotation with the team. The shift hours are 3pm-11pm. Personal reliable transportation is a requirement. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seamless check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details during your shift Monitor security protocols at the front desk area, including access control and surveillance oversight Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, preparing reports, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed Provide exceptional guest services by offering local recommendations, addressing special requests, and ensuring a welcoming environment Maintain a clean lobby area and complete nightly cleaning duties- lobby restrooms, mopping, dusting, restocking. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel operations, and guest services enhances your effectiveness in this role Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging professionally with guests and team members Prior experience in hospitality or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced environment is desirable This position requires availability on weekends and holidays in rotation with the team. Personal reliable transportation is a requirement.
