Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes guests, ensures their needs are met, and creates a memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional customer service will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact in a dynamic resort environment, where your hospitality skills will shine and make a real difference. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations promptly Address guest concerns or requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are fully met Maintain guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring all interactions reflect our hospitality standards Skills Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a broad range of guests Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services in a resort or hotel environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through your vibrant energy and dedication!
