Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records, process payments, and manage room assignments efficiently Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and security Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and hotel information Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times to foster a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems is preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to support 24/7 hotel operations Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail Prior experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is advantageous This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments. $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
