Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Agent We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. Full time & Part time positions available

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer and direct phone calls professionally Manage reservations, guest requests, and daily front desk operations Maintain accurate records and handle basic administrative tasks Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction and inspect rooms Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Must be flexible and available to work weekends and any shift, including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts if required Strong customer service and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic Basic computer proficiency required Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience:

Previous hotel front desk experience preferred Minimum 1 year of Choice Hotels experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Accommodation:

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Accommodation available if needed (rate will be discussed separately) We are looking for individuals who are motivated, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred)
