Front Desk Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process reservations through phone systems and online platforms while ensuring accuracy in bookings. Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and front desk operations. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances guest communication. Proficiency in using phone systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
