Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit professional! This energetic role combines the vital responsibilities of guest check-in and check-out, ensuring seamless guest experiences, with the detailed tasks of performing overnight audits to verify financial transactions and maintain accurate records. As a key face of our hotel, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest accounts, and room assignments using hotel management software Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide excellent customer service at all times Assist with guest services such as providing local information, coordinating special requests, and ensuring a smooth stay Support front desk operations during busy periods or staff shortages to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations best practices Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management systems preferred Excellent phone etiquette skills and familiarity with multi-line phone systems required Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and multitasking skills This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while honing their skills in hospitality management.
