In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations across various departments. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks, maintain accurate filing systems, and perform proofreading to ensure document accuracy Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing, and general clerical support Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical roles, or as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or dental setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management Previous experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and scanners is preferred Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where your enthusiasm for organization and customer service will make a meaningful impact every day.
