Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor Fort Washington Hotel

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to/from the hotels Must be able to work weekends when required Must arrive on time for scheduled shift to relieve previous shift Must be able to understand and carry out instructions Must be able to lift 20 pounds Must be able to maintain a professional manner in stressful situations Must be able to communicate on the phone and in person and answer questions from guests in a prompt manner Must be able to use math skills to calculate appropriate change to guests Must be able to work a full shift with no break Must answer phone calls from management promptly when off property Must have experience in customer service and preferably hotel experience Must possess a positive and upbeat personality and maintain a courteous attitude with co-workers and guests Must wear hotel provided uniform and adhere to requirements on appropriate work attire

Pay:

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
