Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues promptly Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests are highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing reservations, billing, and guest information Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations to support seamless overnight shifts Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents make a difference!
