Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software such as OPERA. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently. Manage guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Support night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed. Assist in coordinating guest services such as concierge requests, room changes, or special accommodations to enhance their stay. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's welcoming brand image. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, but not required.
