Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be the welcoming face of our hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. This position is for all 3 of our front deskshifts and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or hospitality is preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
