Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Second Shift Front Desk Associate, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in hospitality management environments and enjoy providing top-tier customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, you will manage guest relations, handle reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Your bilingual skills and hotel management experience will be instrumental in creating a warm, efficient, and memorable stay for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering outstanding guest services. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality management skills. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile accounts, update reservation systems, and prepare shift reports to ensure accurate financial records. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and maintain high standards of hospitality. Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, managing visitor logs, and ensuring safety procedures are followed during the night shift. Support guest relations by providing local information, assisting with special requests, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout your shift. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, with a strong background in front desk operations. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Previous experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving approach. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of resort or hotel guest services standards is desirable; hospitality or hotel experience is essential.
