Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be proficient with computer applications, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. This position offers an engaging work environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. Duties Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office software Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer support and service Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Manage office correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Requirements Hilton experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively This position is integral to maintaining an efficient front office environment while delivering outstanding support to clients and staff alike. We welcome candidates who are proactive, personable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

$16.00 per hour
