Front Desk Associate

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors. Part Time
• 3rd Shift (10:00PM to 6:00AM) 3-4 nights Possibility of extra shifts 10 Paid Training Shifts Weekends & Holidays are a MUST

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Manage phone calls and reservations using hotel management software
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
• Set up Grab-and-Go breakfast

• Requirements:

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
