Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing with efficiency and accuracy. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Assist guests with requests related to room service, amenities, local attractions, or special accommodations. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information to ensure seamless service delivery. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable stay. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong focus on customer service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and experience with front desk operations is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services within a resort or hotel environment. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous hotel experience demonstrating expertise in guest relations, hospitality standards, and hotel management practices. Pay:
$19.75 - $20.00 per hour
