In this lively and engaging role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable stays, foster guest loyalty, and uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest relations, and customer service while working in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems Address guest inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist guests with special requests, room changes, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions Handle night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting at the end of each shift Maintain guest records accurately while ensuring confidentiality and data security Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently Experience with Opera PMS encouraged but not required Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred; previous front desk or guest services experience is a plus Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced resort environment Familiarity with hospitality software systems and basic computer skills are advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
