Friendly, Smiling Service, Every Time. Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Guest Service Agent for our 3rd shift (11 PM-7 AM or 11 PM-9 AM) . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing top-notch service, and keeping things running smoothly overnight. Responsibilities Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle phone calls, emails, and reservations Process payments accurately Complete various paper work Perform Night Audit tasks Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours Perform breakfast setup Perform light cleaning as needed Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management Resolve guest issues calmly and courteously Promote hotel amenities and upsell when appropriate Qualifications Must be 21 years or older High school diploma or GED required Customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, professional, and friendly personality Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers Able to stay calm under pressure Ability to work independently for an 8-hour shift Must be available for holidays and weekends as needed Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive, family-style team environment Growth opportunities Employee discounts and recognition programs Training provided Flexible part-time or full-time schedules Apply today - we'd love to meet you!
